The main active in Mossi London Ozonized Hair Oil Complex is ozone — the most powerful natural antiseptic known, which enhances antioxidant activity and increases wound healing by concentrating oxygen in the damaged tissue. Formerly known as Mossi Hair Repair Oil, it has a particularly strong effect on the donor area after hair transplantation.
What it does
Helps damaged skin recover quickly, speeds up hair production, and acts as a catalyst for tissue regeneration by delivering large amounts of oxygen to the scalp. This reduces hair loss in the immediate post-op window and increases the production of new follicles.
Active ingredients
A variety of natural oils with complementary effects: Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamin C provide the vitamins a healthy scalp needs; St. John's Wort, Argan and Arnica Montana oils help repair the hair scalp; Jojoba, Almond and Sesame oils support strength and regrowth; Tea Tree and Sage oils help with dandruff problems. Ozonized oil also inactivates bacteria and fungal infections such as Tinea Barbae while stimulating blood circulation.
How to use
Take 4–5 pumps and gently apply the oil to the target scalp area with fingertips or palms. Massage for absorption. Use 1–2 times per week on dry skin between washes. Perfect for the donor area in the first weeks after transplant, once your surgeon has cleared topical use.

Can I use it on the donor area after a transplant?
Yes — this is exactly what it was formulated for. Once your surgeon clears topical oil use (typically around day 15), apply it 1–2 times per week on the donor scalp. It accelerates skin recovery and reduces sensitivity.
How is it different from the Ozonized Oil Serum?
The hair oil is deeper, thicker, and focused on scalp regeneration. The serum is lighter and focused on surface skin response (blotchiness, acne, post-op sensitivity). In the full routine they complement each other — oil 1–2× weekly, serum more frequently.
How often should I use it?
1–2 times per week, on dry skin between washes. More frequent use does not accelerate results and can clog follicles. Take 4–5 pumps and massage gently for absorption.
Does it help with dandruff?
Yes. The tea tree and sage components have established antifungal and antibacterial action. Patients with seborrheic dermatitis or recurrent dandruff typically see improvement within 2–3 weeks of consistent use.
