A deposit is required to secure your treatment date and medical facility booking. Final payment is due before your procedure. Payment options and schedules will be discussed during your consultation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before your scheduled procedure. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
Estetica Istanbul is not liable for complications, dissatisfaction, or other medical outcomes resulting from your procedure. You assume all medical risks associated with your chosen treatment. We strongly recommend comprehensive pre-operative consultation with your medical team.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
Estetica Istanbul reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
