What All-on-4 involves

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four implants — two vertical at the front and two angled at the back to use the strongest bone and avoid the sinus and nerve. Because the bridge is fixed to the implants, there is no denture to remove, no palate plate and no adhesive. It is the standard solution for patients with a failing dentition, advanced gum disease, or a loose lower denture.

Treatment takes two trips. On the first, any remaining teeth are extracted, four implants per arch are placed and a temporary acrylic bridge is fitted within 24–72 hours, so you fly home with fixed teeth. After three to six months of healing, you return for the permanent bridge — zirconia or acrylic-on-titanium — designed from a digital scan. Patients with very little bone may be offered All-on-6 or zygomatic implants instead; the dentist tells you which from your CT.

Who is eligible

Adults with a failing or missing dentition in one or both arches, non-smokers or willing to stop for the healing period, and without uncontrolled diabetes or bisphosphonate therapy. Bring a recent panoramic X-ray or CT if you have one; we can also arrange a CT on arrival.

You deal with one coordinator, one hospital and one medical team from the first message to the last follow-up. Every price is itemised in writing before you pay a deposit, and the written quote does not change unless you change the plan. Flights are never included.

Recovery and follow-up

Swelling and bruising for a week after the first trip; soft food for six to eight weeks while the implants integrate. Most patients work from day three or four. The second trip is shorter and pain-free: impressions, try-in and fitting of the permanent bridge over four to five days. Annual check-ups can be done at home; the implant passport and full documentation go with you.

Cost of All-on-4 in Turkey

The published price is per arch and covers four implants, the temporary and the permanent bridge, extractions, both trips' clinical work, hotel nights on the first trip, transfers and coordination. Bone grafting, sinus lift, All-on-6 or zygomatic implants are quoted individually after the CT. Both arches together are quoted at a reduced total. Flights are never included.
