Breast surgery in Istanbul: implants, lifts and reductions

Breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction and gynecomastia are among the procedures our patients travel for most. Estetica Istanbul is a medical-tourism agency: our partner plastic surgeons operate in accredited private hospitals in Istanbul, and we coordinate everything around the surgery, from the first photo review to your check-ups after you fly home.

For augmentation we work with premium implant brands such as Motiva and Mentor, and the implant size, profile and placement are agreed with the surgeon before you travel. Lifts and reductions are planned around your anatomy and breastfeeding plans. Chest masculinisation and breast augmentation for trans women are also available with an LGBTQ+-friendly team.

Packages include surgery, anaesthesia, hospital stay, implants where relevant, a compression bra, medication, check-ups, private transfers and nights at one of three partner hotels. Flights are not included. A free coordinator call and a 30-euro surgeon video consultation, credited on booking, come before any deposit.

Which implants do you use?

Premium brands such as Motiva and Mentor, with the size, shape and profile chosen together with your surgeon. The brand is written into your quote.

How long should I stay after breast surgery?

Six to seven nights is usual, until the post-operative check. Most patients return to desk work within one to two weeks.

Can I combine a breast lift with implants?

Yes, an augmentation-mastopexy is common when there is both volume loss and sagging. The surgeon confirms it after reviewing your photos.

Will I be able to breastfeed?

Most augmentation techniques preserve breastfeeding ability, and reductions are planned to protect it where possible. Raise this in your surgeon consultation so the technique is chosen accordingly.

Do you treat gynecomastia in men?

Yes. Gynecomastia surgery combines liposuction and, where needed, gland removal, usually with a short hospital stay and five nights in Istanbul.
