Estetica Istanbul is a medical-tourism agency connecting patients with certified surgeons in Istanbul. We’re looking for a remote closer — ideally someone from the clinic or beauty-salon world — to own each patient from first message to aftercare. You build the trust and close the booking; we provide the leads, the surgeons and the full logistics. You earn 5% on patients you close from our leads, and 10% on patients you bring yourself.

Who we’re looking for
Clinic or beauty-salon world (a big plus)
Esthetician, injector, salon or clinic staff or owner — you already understand the client and the world of aesthetic treatments. Not essential, but it’s who tends to fit best.
A natural closer
You build trust fast, lead the conversation and move people to a confident decision. At heart this is a sales role.
Fluent English
You speak with patients and coordinate with the Istanbul team in English.
Ready to own the whole journey
You stay the patient’s point of contact from first message through surgery and aftercare — a relationship, not a hand-off.
Been through it yourself (a plus)
If you’ve had a cosmetic or plastic procedure yourself, even better — you know the journey first-hand, and patients trust someone who has.
What we offer
5% on our leads · 10% on yours
You earn 5% on every patient you close from our leads, and 10% on patients you bring yourself. No cap — the more you close, the more you earn. This is commission-only: there is no base salary.
Remote, on your terms
Work from anywhere, on your own hours. Run it alongside your current clinic or salon work, or make it your main thing.

You receive enquiries from our ads, ready-made materials, pricing and sales training. You don’t start from zero.
Surgeons & logistics on us
Surgeon, hospital, hotel, transfers and aftercare are handled behind you. You own the patient relationship; we handle the operation.

Is this an employee position? Is there a salary?
No. It’s an independent partnership paid purely on commission — 5% on patients from our leads, 10% on patients you bring. There is no base salary; your income comes entirely from what you close. You decide how much time to give it and can run it alongside your current work.
How much can I earn?
You earn 5% on patients from our leads and 10% on patients you bring, with no upper limit. Your income is entirely down to how many you close.
Do I need to be in Turkey?
No. This is fully remote — you can work from anywhere.
Do I need my own clients?
No. We provide leads from our ads. If you already have clients from a salon or clinic who ask about surgery abroad, even better — but it’s not required.
What does “end to end” mean?
You own the patient from the first message through to their surgery and aftercare — you’re their single point of contact. We provide the surgeons, hospital and all logistics behind you.
