What happens after you send your request

Your request goes straight to our patient team. Sophia, our AI assistant, replies on WhatsApp at any hour and asks for the two things a surgeon needs to assess your case: a few clear photos of the area you want treated and a short medical form. She then introduces the assistant who will follow your case personally, by name and with their own WhatsApp number, so you always know who you are talking to.

Once your photos and form are in, a partner surgeon reviews them and you receive a written quote. It lists the procedure, the surgeon, the hospital or clinic, your hotel nights at one of our three partner hotels (Deniz, Antwell or Ibis Zeytinburnu), transfers and aftercare. Flights are never included. You can go through everything on a free video call with your assistant, and book a €30 video call with the surgeon, which is credited to your surgery if you go ahead.

There is no obligation at any step. Estetica Istanbul is a medical-tourism agency: treatments are carried out by our partner surgeons in licensed hospitals and clinics in Istanbul, and we organise the trip around them, from your first message to your follow-up after you return home.
