We provide lifetime post-operative support, and where a revision is needed for reasons related to the surgery we cover its cost under our policy; revisions are not covered when caused by patient factors (weight change, smoking, not following aftercare). A €500 deposit secures your booking and is refundable within 14 days; the balance is due before surgery. Exact terms are set out in your written quote.
We provide lifetime aftercare support. You'll have a direct WhatsApp line to your coordinator and surgeon. If any issue arises, we arrange remote consultations or, in rare cases, cover the cost of revision procedures. We also partner with clinics in major European cities for local follow-ups.
You recover in a hotel with on-site medical care, then fly home. We follow up remotely for a full year — and if a complication arises, we cover remote consultations with your surgeon and, in rare cases, revision surgery — with the Antwell upgrade.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Klarna (buy-now-pay-later available in 23 countries). We also offer 3-month and 4-month installment plans for procedures from €2,000 to €6,000. A €500 deposit secures your booking, with the balance due before the procedure.
