How to read these numbers

These figures have different units and scopes. Confirm the exact procedure variant and personal inclusion list. Dental crown and implant floors are per unit without hotel in the base item; a completed restoration needs its own quote. Hair treatment uses the partner technician team. Market-benchmark entries need a confirmed provider quote. International flights, additional stays, later revision and complication care are separate unless written terms cover them.

Methodology

Prices were read directly from the live procedure database on 2 September 2026, not from marketing pages, so they match what a quote would be issued at on that date. The London comparison uses Centre for Surgery's published price list for London, which the clinic states is a single fully inclusive price covering surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre, implants where needed and the complete aftercare programme — the closest available like-for-like to an all-inclusive package. Sterling was converted at £1 = €1.166, the rate on 2 September 2026. Because several London entries are ranges, each multiple is given twice: the Istanbul starting price against the bottom of the London range, and against the top. Quoting only the top of the range would overstate the gap, which is how the '10 times cheaper' claim survives.

What the same operations cost in London

Compare current written quotes for the same operation, variant and included care. A matched comparison needs the provider, date, payment currency and conversion method. A historic basket total or median is not your personal price.

Why is the gap smaller than the '10 times cheaper' figure I keep seeing?

Because that figure usually compares an Istanbul starting price against an American total that includes anaesthesia and facility fees, or against the top of a British range, and sometimes against a different operation entirely. Measured properly — all-inclusive against all-inclusive, same procedure, same date, one currency — the honest answer is roughly two to two and a half times, not ten. A claim of ten times is a reason to check the clinic's other numbers, not a reason to book.

Are these prices negotiable, or do they go up after arrival?

The package price should be fixed in writing before you travel, and a written quote that itemises what is and is not included is the thing to insist on. Price changes on arrival are one of the recognisable warning signs in medical tourism: if a clinic quotes one figure online and a different one once you are in the country, that is a reason to leave rather than negotiate. The legitimate reasons a final quote differs from a starting price are clinical — more skin to remove, a revision, a second procedure — and they should be explained before you pay a deposit.

How current are these figures?

The original price list was dated September 2026; procedure prices can change, so request a current written quote for your case. A useful index identifies the procedure variant, unit, included nights, source date and whether the amount is a published starting offer or a market benchmark. A single “all-inclusive” heading cannot erase differences between dental units, surgical packages and unconfirmed specialist entries.

It does not validate the original September basket total, median, London ratios or all forty-two historic rows. Those calculations must be rebuilt from a traceable matched dataset before being retained.

Compare current starting offers by their exact scope

Current configured floors include blepharoplasty from €1,850 for the four-lid offering, breast lift from €3,400, breast reduction from €3,450, thigh lift from €3,320, calf implants from €4,400, body lift from €4,720, mommy makeover from €5,520 and labiaplasty from €2,220, all-inclusive with flights excluded. These replace conflicting original rows; each still needs its exact variant and inclusion scope.

The mommy floor covers abdominoplasty with 360 liposuction and breast uplifting. It is not an implant, BBL or every-combination price. The €3,750 facelift floor is mini facelift; deep-plane is quoted individually. The €2,450 liposuction floor is VASER of one area. Do not let a short index label silently broaden a procedure.

Per-unit dentistry is not a travel package

Dental crowns start from €150 per tooth and implants from €260 per implant, with no hotel in those base items. An implant fixture fee is not the completed tooth price; components and the restoration need the actual plan. Whitening starts from €230 without hotel.

The Hollywood Smile package starts from €3,350 all-inclusive, flights excluded, for twelve E.max veneers and seven nights. Sixteen or twenty veneers require a personal quote. Do not divide the total by twelve to manufacture a clinical per-tooth tariff or multiply the crown floor into a final full-mouth plan.

Hair and specialist rows need their own labels

Istanbul FUE starts from €2,350 and DHI from €2,650, all-inclusive, flights excluded, with three nights. Hair procedures are performed by the partner technician team; named medical responsibility and oversight need confirmation. The agency should not describe every index row as a board-certified surgeon operating in a JCI hospital.

Laser-eye surgery, All-on-4, lipedema, mini bypass, endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and bariatric revision have market-benchmark entries rather than confirmed available partner floors. Request a current specialist proposal before treating one of those amounts as a bookable offer.

Bariatric sleeve and bypass floors are €3,570 and €3,870 respectively. Their one-night comments require operational explanation of the actual stay. A medical travel itinerary must not be inferred from an index cell.

Compare London or another market from current proposals

For each foreign row, keep the original currency, quotation date, exact operation, anaesthesia, facility, investigations, device where applicable and follow-up. A matching name does not guarantee matching services.

Give exclusions the same visibility as floors

Flights are excluded. Extra Deniz nights cost €70; Antwell adds €40 per night. Massage and drainage are optional €100 for one or €250 for three where appropriate, rather than routine inclusions. Revision, prolonged stays, care at home and complications need written financial terms. Insurance requires separate confirmation.
