Your Week in Istanbul
Six days. Handled, end to end.
Day 1
You land. We take over.
VIP pickup at Istanbul airport. Check into your private suite at our recovery hotel. In-person consultation with Dr. Güleş or Dr. Mersinlioglu — markings, imaging where relevant, Q&A in your language.
Day 2
Surgery day.
Pre-op bloodwork at the JCI-accredited hospital (Medicana Kızıltoprak for Dr. Güleş, Central Hospital Kozyatağı for Dr. Mersinlioglu). Your procedure under full anaesthesia or local + sedation as planned. Night in hospital with 1:1 nursing care.
Day 3
Light recovery.
Transfer back to the hotel. First post-op check. Light meals, short walks. Your coordinator is one WhatsApp away — for everything from a painkiller question to a room-service order.
Days 4–5
You rest. We check in.
Second post-op check. Dressing changes at the on-site infirmary if relevant. Optional short Istanbul drive once you feel up to it. Your body does the work.
Day 6
Final check. Fly home.
Final surgeon review. Written recovery plan in your language. VIP transfer to the airport. Follow-ups continue on video for 12 months.

Two board-certified doctors, both under exclusive contract with Estetica Istanbul. Dr. Mustafa Ekrem Güleş — Op. Dr., Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon at Medicana Kızıltoprak, 11+ years, 2,200+ procedures; handles body (liposuction, BBL, mommy makeover) and face (neck lift, lip lift). Dr. Gökhan Mersinlioglu — Op. Dr., ENT Specialist at Central Hospital Kozyatağı, 12+ years, 2,000+ procedures; handles nose (rhinoplasty) and face (blepharoplasty, facelift, bichectomy, ear reshaping). You are assigned to a surgeon based on your procedure, not on who has a slot open.Why only two surgeons?
Because these are the two we personally vet, personally trust, and personally guarantee. Every other "Turkey clinic" website you have visited rotates across 10+ surgeons they have never contracted — you get whoever has availability. We do the opposite: two specialists, one contract each, every result signed off by the doctor whose name you see before you fly.What's actually included in the all-inclusive price?
Surgery, surgeon fees, anaesthesia, hospital stay, 5 nights at our recovery hotel with your companion (free), airport transfers, 24/7 patient coordinator in your language, post-op medication, aftercare kit and a 12-month video follow-up programme. The only thing we do not cover is your flight.Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. Your €500 deposit locks your price and your surgery date — and it is 100% refundable until your flight is booked. If you cancel after your flight is booked, we hold the deposit against rebooking fees. No other deductions.What happens if I have a complication after I fly home?
Your patient coordinator stays with you for 12 months on WhatsApp. For anything medical, your surgeon (Dr. Güleş or Dr. Mersinlioglu — the same one who operated on you, not a stand-in) reviews your photos on video within 24 hours. If a revision is clinically indicated and the agreed plan wasn't met, we revise at no surgical or hospital charge inside the 12-month window — flights and hotel the second time are on you.Why is Istanbul this much cheaper than the UK, Italy or the US?
Lower operating costs, a denser surgical market, and a favourable EUR exchange rate — not lower standards. Both our partner hospitals are JCI-accredited (the same international standard applied to top hospitals in the US). We do not compete on price against cheaper Albanian or unregistered providers; we compete on accreditation, contracted board-certified surgeons, and a written 12-month revision guarantee.
